Pastor Sammy is an ordained minister and co-planter of Arise Christian Church. He is a native "Nuyorican" with a strong passion of reaching out to the bilingual, multicultural, and "unreachable" community. Pastor Sammy is actively involved in coaching new church planters and leadership development. You'll also find him drumming at Walt Disney World with the Epcot JAMMitors.

Pastor Sammy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Central Florida Rosen School of Hospitality Management, and a Master of Divinity degree from Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis, IN.

Hilda is the Worship Leader and co-planter of Arise Christian Church. Hilda brings over 25 years of experience singing in choirs, musicals, and praise & worship ministries. She has a strong passion to see all of God's people seek and worship God.

Hilda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with a concentration in Television/Broadcasting from the University of Central Florida, and is currently pursuing a Master's in Non Profit Management degree from the University of Central Florida.

Maria is the Children's Ministry Leader at Arise Christian Church. She brings over 10 years of experience with children's ministry. Maria has a strong passion and dedication to the development of children and their faith, and desires to lead children to God's heart through a creative and fun learning environment.


Maria is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a degree in Political Science.
