Everyone who leads and serves in a ministry at Arise is invited to participate in R3. It's a retreat that focuses on resting our bodies, focusing on prayer, and spiritual rejuvenation. R3 is held every January.

OneDays are ways to continue to learn about leadership and serving in ministry throughout the year. This is accomplished through one-on-one's with Pastor Sammy, vision casting, short-term & long-term goal setting, conferences, etc.
